Revisions

Packages include the revision scope described at purchase. Revisions should be related to the agreed landing page scope and provided in one clear feedback list.

Refunds before work begins

If work has not started, you may request a refund. Payment processor fees, if any, may be deducted.

Refunds after work begins

Because the service is custom work, refunds after work begins are reviewed case by case. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will offer a fair remedy or partial refund.

Out-of-scope changes

New pages, new offers, advanced integrations, branding systems, and major strategy changes may require a separate quote.
