Refund and Revision Policy

Included revision

The $25 starter website includes one focused revision round. This can cover small text changes, service details, contact information, section order, or minor layout adjustments within the confirmed one-page scope.

Out-of-scope changes

New pages, logo design, advanced integrations, booking systems, ecommerce, major redesigns, custom apps, SEO campaigns, or unlimited edits are not included in the $25 starter scope and require a separate quote.

Refunds before work begins

If payment has been made but work has not started, you may request a refund. Payment processor fees, if any, may be deducted.

Refunds after work begins

Because the starter site is custom work and priced as a low-cost early offer, refunds after work begins are reviewed case by case. If we cannot deliver the confirmed scope, we will offer a fair remedy, revision, or partial refund.

Satisfaction handling

If the first draft misses the confirmed scope, send one clear feedback list and we will make a practical correction within the included revision round.
